- Extra Bed/Person Charges Rs 600/- Per day, applicable for all Hotels.
- TAXES : (i) 5% State Luxury Tax on Room Tariff. (ii) Trade Tax on Food & Beverages as applicable.
- Above tariff is subject to charge without prior notice.
- Any increase in government leives will be extra.
- Driver/Maid/Servant meal charges Rs.150/- per person per day.
- Only Vegetarian food will be served at Hotel Classic Residency, Haridwar.
- Check-in 12.00 noon & Check-out 10.00 a.m.
- Group tariff will be available on request and will be applicable for a minimum 10 Rooms.

- Full advance by Cheque/ DD in favour of "New Age Hotels & Resorts Ltd." Payable at New Delhi at the time of reservation.
- 50% refund will be made if cancelled/postponed up to 72 hours prior to reserved date. No refunds shall be made after this period.
- No refunds shall be made for short stay, un-availed facilities or part for any services not provided due to technical unused nights or other reasons beyond our control.
- All room reservations will be held up to 1800 hrs. only,unless late arrival indicated.
- Incase of NO SHOW, NO REFUND will be made.
